I have the 16 km mod and i don´t have any problem with the clouds ( see my signature).

perhaps is a problem when the files are mixed obtaining extrange or weird effects. like the dark sun

it could adds fog to the 16 km , but i´m not sure

I read something about the lack of fog with the increased visibility mods ... :hmm:
