If you want to try out a great modern cruiser, you might want to get
jhapprich's Kirov. I've been playing it for about a week now, and its a real beauty. You can't play it in career, but you can use it in quick scenarios and patrol missions. It also seems to fight quite well, I also have jhapprich's Sovremeny DDG, but its isn't quite as complete as the Kirov, still its a nice addition. Karl94's Arleigh Burke and Ticonderoga are career playable and I've been using those as well. I'm looking forward to Karl94's Midway CG as this seems like a really sweet ship as well. I would like to show some screenshots but I don't know how to post them here.
