I used to be pretty realism hardcore gamer.

I've now come to appreciate simpler games. I would feel disgusted playing WoT if it was just 2 years ago.

The thing is most people have a hectic real life. They want to blow some steam in some simple fun games. High complexity sims often feel like work than play.

I still love realistic games no doubt but can appreciate simple fun games.
Hey games are fun because they can be stupid and silly.

If I want thinking game I would choose board game specifically Euro type boardgames. I no longer view electronic games as more than entertainment. Board games however I'd call many of those educational and 'training' games. If anyone wants to learn strategy, teach their kids strategy or lessons/wisdom of life, forget Starcraft 2 and play Euro boardgames isntead. No kidding. It's like heaven and earth, Starcraft 2 is no strategy game. It's a game too shallow to have anything to do with strategizing. I'm sorry I don't care if you are the world champion of Starcraft 2 a million times over. In my view you're nothing but a very good gamer not a very good strategist.

I'm looking to buy Japanese Go to collect btw for its simplicity in form and its history but have found it is extremely difficult to find locally.
