Luckily it's not the backbone. I sprained a muscle on my right side of the back. Hurts like hell but should be better within days. I just need to rest.
And I could use an ex-soviet weightliftin champion, I need a heavy duty massage to unravell my nerves and straighten my spine and then thinly clad redhaired maseuses (spelling?) to relax me
