If you die horribly as i did on my first 3-5 attempts personaly my deaths were because i was being far too cocky with regards to escorts in convoys even those rusted old trawlers can cause some major pain
now i respect escorts and gtfo early
With regards to your question you only need to enable mods once via jsgme unless you un install them they will be active each time you start a new campaign.
