I'd suggest carrying on with the SH3 work while building towards an SH4 Team.

You will need to do Occlusion and Bump things for SH4 and that demands the skills (And software) to do so.

The SH4 part of the Team could start on conversions while the SH3 Team stays the course on the SH3 version.

Part of the SH4 Teams goal should be conversion of some of the Add-ons many miss in SH4, while work goes on.

You should also assign a Team leader for the SH4 Group.
Keep the Teams somewhat seperate from one another or things get confused really quickly.

As Kapt. of the Boat?
You assign the Officers.
They report to you.
