Face it, on a practical level it won't work and on a reasoned level it shouldn't have to work.

You should also be able to see the problem with stigma attatched to welfare due to bludgers shouldn't even factor into it, once again that is an emotional issue being brought in for a case which is precisely where welfare benefits are meant to be used

Right, it doesn't say Jed is the eldest of his siblings does it, it says he is the eldest still at home, the others are mentioned down in the comments section along with the link to send the family money.
