My oh my, here we go again...

S3D uses some code from the company I own. Is it a crime to protect my intellectual property? To throw my core business on the street?

I once stated in my readme I may release the source if I ever find time to seperate the protected code. I never found time, so no code, boohoo. But does it matter? To use S3D does not require you to see the code...
S3D is a 2 year project on which many people collaborated. It has some minor inconveniences and could be improved in some areas but besides that it is the best tool there is. Period. To tell others to use a program that is very old, can't really do much and has many issues (no disrespect, great tool in it's days) while there's a much better alternative is ridiculous.

Really, I don't understand your position on this subject...
