German penalty code, StGB, §258: obstruction of justice, obstruction of penalty (Behinderung der Justiz, Strafvereitelung). Under penalty of up to 5 years in prison, and money penalty.

Nobody shall be allowed to replace the validity of penal law, or work around it. Not even Muhameddans. These arbitrators, depending on the severity of the issue they are handling in their mediation, should be arrested, brought to court, and serve prison time. If their view of law and justice is not compatible with that of the West,a dn the German law, they must leave. They have no right whatever to demand that their precious Shariah laws overrules Western national laws. They can do that in their own home places. Not in ours. We must not want to see it like them. It would cost us dearly.

Islam does not see it like this, and claims superiority nevertheless. But don'T I preach since years that Islam'S values and Western culture's values are totally incompatible...?

If we accept special statuzs for Shariah in Germany, we could as well accept the formal code of behaviour of the Mafia, or the rules of the Triades, and stop all police investigation and legal prosecution against them. Whenever Muslim arbitrators interfere with the rule of German law in cases that would be regulated by the German penal code, they are neither holy nor respectable nor well-meaning anymore. They are just and simply this: criminals in themselves, and complices in crime.

This is what we need to understand.
