I'm not 100% sure on this but are you running Aces' Super, Dupah, Woopah Turms (inc. Super Turms v6) for GWX....

I do because I love it big time, but, I get the same problem re the missing/black textures. I posted to Aces here.........

Alas I'm still waiting for the bugger to get back to me, he's on exrended shoreleave methinks, I know this won't help you mate, just hope it helps narrow things down a bit
