Roads and bridges (infra-stucture) yes...this needs to be addressed. Good choice as far as I'm concerned. Green jobs? Jury is still out on what usefulness some of these green jobs have. As far as throwing more stimulus money at the problem...waste of time. Did not really work as designed the first time IMO. The second time will be throwing good money after bad.
