just checked my own download, and the duplicate thing happens on that one. when i unzip it it creates the IJN jyunsen B mod vs 3.9.9.9.3 inside that one is another IJN jyunsen B mod vs 3.9.9.9.3 folder opening that one shows the changes, data support folders and some txt files. So it is the second IJN jyunsen B mod vs 3.9.9.9.3 folder you place and enable
