I started off activating one mod at a time, and testing to make sure it worked. After I got one the way I wanted it I went back and installed it directly to SH3 and tested it again. For a very long time I used separate Waterstreams and Exhaust mods before I used the Kombimod. As you see the Waterstreams/Exhaust is one I have permanently installed. The Flags & Pennants mod I put in with JSGME. I haven't had any trouble with it. That said, I've never fiddled with the pennants part. I just like raising the flag while I'm in port. I'm no expert, I just fiddle a lot.
