Check to see if your computer has Microsoft Works. One of the programs inside should be PictureIt! If you open the pictures with that program you can then just go to File and select 'Save As'. There is a drop-down menu at the bottom that will let you change the format. Bitmap is one of the choices.

actually i do, i just tried it worked like a charm. I got a question for you which mods are you using other than any of the standard GWX ones. Right now other than any skin mods i got sh-5 water mod,torpedo damage,lifeboatsv4,qship,waterstream/exhaust combo. My problem is i cant use the flags and pens or the DF antenna down mod because the waterstream and exahust combo dont mix. I tried downloading a seperate exhaust mod since it doesnt use the uboat.dat file, but it doesnt work on GWX3. Do you use any of these together?
