If you are into modifying files and using multiple mods, I suggest you do a fresh install of SH3 and SH3-your favorite megamod and store them on a DVD or external hard drive.
That way when you screw up your install, you can just copy a new install. Also, if you just need an unmodified file you have it on hand.
