His name is Plissken 04 and i have to give credit to him because he organized this and put it together. When you click the link it asks for a username and password. Which are in his signature above, type them exactly. Now in the FTP file list is the mods but they are organized by the mod creator. So like for instance the exhaust and water mod by h.sie* is under his name. I reckon theres at least 500 to 600 mods there for sh3. Plus all the sh3 patches and GWX and NYGYM supermods. He said in the thread he was offering it to anyone. I am merely doing so on his behalf and claim no responbility for the collection or the path by which they are downloaded. Im just trying to help anyone who might be looking for something. Theres skins mods for basically everything. He put alot of time into this. So once again thank you Plissken 04.

I did finally manage to find the VIIC41 water/exhaust under mod creator TOMMI.
