I'm more than happy to contribute to your project if you'd like me to. I already have the base files in a format that will allow me to search and make adjustments, plus it's in chronological order so it's an easy task to make the end date of the preceeding message the same as the transmission date of the next message that supersedes it.
I've also got the messages in French and German so I can adjust in one language and read the changes across to the other two.
