Here in North Virginia, where we just "survived" the earthquake, it was demonstrated that the citizens are incapable of evacuating Washington DC.

I hope the hurricane moves a bit more out to sea. If a real disaster ever hit DC, they are .. well the forum rules prevent me from typing it.
