Yes, I did. A destroyer came at me, all guns blazing, so I had to get below fast. He was quite far away but closing rapidly. As soon as the boat went under, I changed course and desired depth.

Could be a bug then. I thought it might be one of those random failures. Or maybe difficulty getting the boat in trim after a crash dive which I suppose could happen in real life.

Come to think of it, the boat had been fine up to 200 metres before. Only happened after the crash dive...
