You must have meant ASW rockets.
I believe DW has them. You need to get close to surface warships that are equipped with them and get detected for them to start launching their ASW rockets.
If you want to test it feel free to play my As advertised (Korea) DWX scenario. There's big chance the AI will use their ASW rockets.
