Just for the record:
The idriver.exe and related files are InstallShield files.
GWX does not use InstallShield and cannot corrupt those files.
The problem with those Idriver.exe's is well known but there seems to be no easy fix.
Lot's of ways to try, but none are guaranteed to work except for a complete re-install of you OS.
