MH it's easily explained. Tribesman is not trolling just because he enjoys being an obnoxious twit. It appears to me it's simply one island of religious terrorists supporting another island of religious terrorists. It's all they know, it's what they grew up with and are taught as children by their governments and self apointed self rightoues religious leaders. They actually think they are doing something good by seeking your destruction.
