I use the download from the Russian site but I think the one from CADC should work too. Do not forget to install the latest fixes also for Russian site.
I will have the problem with win 7 soon as my new computer is on W7, but for time being I still run on the old one with W XP SP3.
I will check with the French community about the W7 install. Mostly it semms that when you are logged as administrator with uac deactivated it should work.
Millsab mod is not a fix for W7, it is an additional mod that can be installed on top of DWX 1.32. with some additional obejcts and database fine tuning, as our modders have a different view compared to RA team for some issues.
