If you are a real pussy who is very feeble they might be heavy.
So an 8ft ladder, how much free fall would that harness be required to allow for, what is the anchoring point....or is that just typical anti H&S bull you hear every day on any construction site anywhere in the western world.
So like the last OHSA rants about gas cans people are "forced" to use where they are too heavy and too hard to use.......and it turned out the person never had to use it anyway but just wanted to moan
