You mean the OSHA that fines workers who don't feel like putting on a heavy constricting harness every time they climb an 8 foot ladder?

Maybe you should keep your sarcasm on topic with the EPA. And while you're at it perhaps you can explain why state environmental agencies can't do just as good a job as the Feds?
