Ah, you get used to it.
There's a (pretty famous) TOAW scenario called Fire in the East which has the whole Eastern Front at a Regiment/half-week scale. It has about about twice as many turns and around 3 times as many units per side (Especially for the Axis) compared to WitE, now
that's a pain to handle...
