Perhaps an apt description of the most likely outcome of this new "Utopia"; it's going to be interesting if they ever get this off the ground (or on the water). I wonder what their course of action will be if they are hit by a massive storm, epidemic, gross lawlessnes (even if there aren't supposed to be laws), or some other natural disaster? Will the rest of the world be free to exercise its "libertarianism" by standing aside and letting them slowly slip under the waves?...
