Crew system is broken anyway, I disabled fatigue,the management thing is frustrating.
Morale too, Sank 50.000 in 4 Patrols, shower them in medals, yet their morale is getting lower.
My sonar-man is ineffective to say the least, he is a qualified sonar-man he can't hear a Med cargo 1000m away.
