OK once again. The situation looks like that:
I was starting new carrier with OPEN HORIZONS II. That was my firsth patrol when on returning course I've updated UIs 6.6.0 to 6.7.0 and suddenly things started to happen. When I tried to load my save game at patrol the load was dead ( loading screen was suddenly black and nothing happend ).
OK the hell with this patrol so I have started new carrier and everything was fine BUT I've noticed one annoying thig IN THE MIDDLE OF CONNING TOWER !! THERE IS SNORKEL !!

I'm not a modder so I dont have such knowledge about files and no more ideas to fix it.
