Mookie, I am aware of that and it is unfortunate but given the times Texas is weathering the storm and doing better than other states.Unmployment is low, companies have moved there in droves from CA.No bs state income tax, etc. FYI, I have a clue about Perry and visit Texas(Dallas area) fairly often, have family there so
