And when it says '20k tons of supplies must reach Libyan bases', what does this mean? We have to hit battlegroups to disrupt anti-shipping operations?

Spelling
For the campaign radio messages.
Most are triggered by date. Now on some dates (1941) there can be three campaigns going.
So to ensure users know if message is relavent I added:-
"
To: All u-boats involed in Arctic Convoys" ...........
So all messages will show
