Oh yeah, this'll be the big "Big Society" act to get everyone together to 'Make Britain Great' by cleaning up the mess, etc, etc, etc.
Basically, politicians trying to gain credit off other peoples hard work and misery. So, business as usual then.
BBC News live text seems to indicate that West Bromwich has had a spot of bother, nothing too serious though and it seems to have been quickly brought under control.
A little more troubling though is this:

What is 'inflammatory'? Are they in support of the riots, against it? Were they involved? If not then why are they being arrested?
