Well its working fine now and I now know why it wasn't working right.
Last night when I d/ld the mod and everything I unzipped it to a folder on my desktop and then copy pasted it into the mod folder in the root SH3 folder. This is apparently where the communication break down, on my end no surpirse, was. This was fixed by deleting all the added folders in SH3 and starting from scratch and UNZIPPING the RUB FILE into the MOD FOLDER in the root folder of SH3 NOT my desktop....
Anyways I apologize for the bandwith my now seemingly meanigless post took up....
