Ok, now I see what you mean. I thought you wanted some speedlimitation that made it impossible exceed this speed with snorkel raised.
Still I don't know if that's possible, maybe gouldjg or Jungmann or someoneelse that are in to this damage model modding have some idea if it's possible to mod?
