Yeah, you have right, but if a real Kaleun set speed over 6 kt, snorkel will be destroyed.
In SH3 uboot can cruise at max speed with raised snorkel without any obstacles. Of course I can set speed using snorkel below 6 kt myself, but I'd like to have this as modded part of the game.
