You are referring to Snestorm I assume here? I hope so because if you think that I am a racist you are quite sadly mistaken.Just wanted to clear any confusion if you where referring to me.

The whole issue with things like Affirmative Action(AA) to me is that they have the goal of being equal but they often wind up causing more animosity not less.Also since they do not tell you that due to AA you where passed over for a job or spot in a school those in the minority tend to assume that this was the reason they got passed even though they do not often know the real reason it is often also assumed that if a minority holds a position surely they must have had lower scores than others.
