I would recommend getting one more mod to fix your problems with
the water.D/L the New Sub Commander Program. You can d/L the
the program from Berry's web page
www.berrymod.com 
You will see a d/l for a zip 2.2 Cmd but you will get the newest version
2.3 I d/l mine in folder on desk top. when you go back to base you can
run it and it will pick up your career if you have more then one mission
You can use it to set your water color I have mine set to 18
You will see all kind's of things you can do Read the readme with program. I am running Ver 1.4b and RUb 1.45 with the newest Cmd work's great
