yes, i sign on that. i will continue to mess with the water, too...good, rough looking reflections are the key. anyone who analysed the sh4 and sh5 water will see, this effect makes the main difference between sh3 and the later waters. the scattered, light reflecting surface.



an opacity would be a nice side effect, but with really nice reflections we are close to real water.



all the time people dealt with sh3 water...i always thought about adding the needed dll data from sh4 to have the whole water mesh and all the shader stuff from sh4 in the game. THIS would be the real glory in sh3 modding. but i fear no one has the skills to do so...
