Well Finnish nationalism in 19th century was created by the russification attemps and led to independence.
There arent strong nationalistic political partys/movements in Finland today.

Actually Russia is pretty vulnerable to world market prices, 80% of its exports are natural riches. And it has to import a lot of products.
