Gamestop and Electronic Boutique should have it now or at the latest this weekend. CompUSA, Best Buy, and Target will hopefully have it next week.
No Walmart just yet (they're really tough to get an independantly developed game into as every game_dev knows), but hopefully it will be there sometime after Xmas...
