I had sex that age, wouldnt had a trauma about that myself. Ofcourse she was wrong and lost her judgment totally and isnt fit as a teacher. But you have to take these case by case. If the "victim" doesnt show signs of trauma, then giving hard time wouldnt be fair for someone getting laid
Maybe even give the boy detention for breaking schools rules, seriously! The same as being drunk to school exsample.
