K219 would be impossible to raise if not impossible incredibly difficault
K219 sufferd a fire and that would have put stress on the hull causing it to fracture so if it was raised it would or will more than likely split apart or disintergrate even if K219 is in one piece.
i think K219 is in bits because it must have hit the bottom very very hard possibly doing what happend to the scorpion where the rear end pushed its way forward.
K219 dont forget was 15 years old when she sank a relic to most sub skippers she had already past her service life or was on that stage.
K219 sank in waters over 10,000 feet i believe its possible but what would america want with a clapped out submarine that could bearly float ?
the captain would have removed documents of value before she sank anyway so the only think thats left is the missiles which were out of date anyway
if K219 was raised where would she have been put ? how could the US hide this submarine ? it was ok for the K129 it wasnt as big but consider the K219 as the equal to the benjamin franklin or laffyaete class fair diffrence.
reason for limiting it to K219 because i dont uderstand the rest
