The target building is at 26-24N, 077-06W
The waypoint for TLAM landfall is at 26-30N, 077-16W

This is a mission I imported. I'm now assuming that the waypoints and goals aren't functional for some reason as none of them are triggering. I'm going to delete them and place brand new ones and see if that corrects the problem.

I'll post my results in a little bit.
