I've been hit by the no credit for sinking ships bug

. I sunk a medium tanker using two torps and when she went down I got the normal congratulations from the crew and the red ship sunk icon but no "She's going down" message and nothing recorded in the log. Oh well I thought I'll chase the convoy again and try sinking another ship and see what happens. I caught up with the convoy and stuck a torpedo into a large merchant and after a few minutes she sank but again no credit. At this point I thought it pointless to carry on so I saved and exited the game and reloaded. After chasing the convoy again I sunk a small tanker and problem cured I'm getting the credit again
