True and also true. I thought about starting a thread like this several times, but given how hard it was for me to find good quality, good-sized
Das Boot screencaps for my own... er... private collection, I sort of figured it wouldn't get very far.
Then TLAM Strike posted that LolBoot in another thread (and yes that is the official name as of right now and I *am* taking credit for it) and it got me thinking about it again. When I started looking it seemed I found lots more good pics, prolly because of the Blu-ray coming out. (Let's hope that trend continues!)
So while I started the thread, it was TLAM Strike who motivated the effort to find something with which to start it.
