Yeah I misspelled it I knew a Polynesian guy in the Air Force that went by this name but that was because the Hoss part sounded like the beginning of his last name.I also have seen dogs named Hoss.
In this case it is clearly this officers way of displaying dominance over someone that he looks down on.
It was an awkward situation to say the least the entire thing.Still the officers acted poorly.It seems to me that they are angry at them selves to an extent because their aggressiveness really caused the issue and then the one cop blew his top for sure.He seems to be the "hall monitor" type to me hed be in the Nazi party if he where German and it was the 1930s for sure not because he like Nazi ideas but because they'd give him power to control people.
One would think that LE agencies would perform pre employment and regular physiological evaluations to look for cops like this but it seems that they dont.
