I had the same happen too. I found an unescorted liner and sunk it (and got credit for this one), we barely covered 100km before discovering another one. I was so happy and amazed to find another one so soon, so I sunk it and was intensly dissapointed when it gave me no credit
I guess BdU just didn't believe me that I had sunk 2 liners within an hour
