I use the grey leathers for WO and crew, so the mod "dresses" them accordingly. It puts "Das Boot" style clothes on the other officers. You could probably find all the .tga files for the DB style clothes and replace them with renamed copies of the .tga for the leather uniform, I would assume that would put everyone in the same thing.
