LW We have to recognise shades of excellence IMO - Gold, silver and bronze.
We invite open nominations - folk put names forward by posting to for example a 'Scripter' Award thread'
We prepare a short list ( 4-5 ?) and put those names up for polling.
Top score = Gold, next silver...etc
Just my thoughts but glad to hear others.
