Any idea if this will be added to the final release of RuB?

I'm afraid to adjust the Basic.cfg file myself. I tried doing stuff like that once and destroyed the game.

I had to do a reinstall.

I think there is a program out there that let's you tweak the game files. Can anyone tell me the where to find it if it does exist?
